Julio Fern\u00e1ndez, President of ANIU, welcomed the attendees and conducted the presentation of diplomas and pins to the <strong>full academicians elected<\/strong> in the October 8 elections: Walter E. Baetghen, Ernesto Elenter Grimberg, Estela de Frutos Cis, Jorge E.
